As a Formula 1 fan, Ferrari is a manufacturer I’ve found a lot of interest in. Ferrari was founded
in 1939 in Maranello, Italy by Enzo Ferrari. Maranello is where the current Ferrari Headquarters
is located. Scuderia Ferrari was brought to fame by Alfa Romeo and eventually left to race
under their own name.

Ferrari is the only team on the current grid to compete in every Formula 1 championship
season. Their team has consisted of some very famous drivers such as Alberto Ascari, Juan
Manuel Fangio, Niki Lauda, Kimi Raikkonen, and the one and only Michael Schumacher. Their
two current drivers are Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc and next season Lewis Hamilton, 7
time championship winner will be joining the Ferrari lineup.
Ferrari has won the most constructors cups in F1 at 16 and the most driver titles at 15. The next
closest team to them is Williams with 9 constructors titles and 7 drivers titles. Aside from F1,
Ferrari has bee successful in many other motorsports as well. They’ve claimed six World
Sportscar Championships and won the 24 Hours of Le Mans 6 years in a row.
It’s been my dream as a Ferrari fan (tifosi) to watch their team compete at the famous italian
track Monza during the F1 calendar. They have a huge dedicated fanbase and as I’ve shown a
long lasting legacy.
