Dogs are one of the best pets, but they are more than that, they are family. Every day they find new ways to make us laugh. Even though they are stubborn at times they still brighten up our days. Another amazing thing about dogs is how cute they are as puppies. I think that everyone can agree puppies are one of the most adorable things in the world!
Dogs also have so many great qualities. One such quality is their loyalty. They stick with us through everything. Dogs also have a knack of finding their way home if they get lost. This shows just how dedicated they are to their owners. Many keep us safe and protect us from harm.
Dogs are not only pets, but some even have jobs! Many dogs are support animals that can help people with disabilities or just be there to comfort hospital patients. Some dogs are also trained to sniff for and find contraband or other things that could help with a criminal investigation. These dogs are called K-9s. There are also dogs that are actors. They portray dogs in many heartwarming films and other productions.
Dogs do so many things for us and hold a special place in our hearts. Most days we cannot imagine our lives without them. They play with us and make us happy. They comfort us when we cry. They cuddle with us at night, and so much more! Throughout our lives dogs continue to give us so much love, maybe more than we deserve.
